Sam is a problem solver and is very passionate about telling you what it takes to run a successful security company:
"First of all, it starts at my end, I simplify everything by eliminating the industry nonsense (corporate fat, fancy lingo, smoke and mirrors.) Second, we must serve and facilitate the needs of the client while providing premium service. This is accomplished by creating, implementing and maintaining the appropriate security plan and team of agents that best compliment the client's lifestyle and itinerary. Third, having properly trained agents on board is critical - our protection professionals are seasoned veterans and ITG trained facilitators who represent the private security industry's elite. Fourth, a company's leadership must serve the needs of it's agents (they are the bread and butter of the company.) Fifth, we must be internationally connected to credible intelligence and critical resources. Finally, a company's leader must walk in integrity and humility, surrounding himself with a select team of advisor's who function as a checks, balances and oversight committee".
